Retailers near a zip code ranked by recent scratch-ticket claims from the state winners list, with the average amount won per claim. Tickets are shipped at random: a store's past winners do not change the odds of its next ticket, and busy stores show more winners because they sell more tickets. Mostly prizes of $600 and up are in this data.
